How can we describe our current era? Is it VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous)? BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible)? RUPT (Rapid, Unpredictable, Paradoxical, Tangled)? Or TUNA (Turbulent, Uncertain, Novel, Ambiguous)?

In an era of never ending change, opportunities, and risks, most successful organizations are learning organizations. This is where Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) comes in. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, PKM helps organizations stay adaptable and innovative in rapidly changing environments.

PKM practices encourage collaboration among team members, breaking down silos and facilitating a more cohesive and agile organizational structure. By empowering individuals to manage their knowledge effectively, organizations can cultivate a more skilled, informed, and flexible workforce.

In this co-creating workshop, we try to find the elements for teams organizations to adopt PKM practices to become (better) learners.
